Absolutely the best tasting healthy waffle ever! Protein packed breakfast with a protein iced coffee for the win! Added a perfect protein parfait for dessert. Do not miss out on the perfection being created at Sassy Nutrition. Also try out the free exercise classes and red light therapy ($) held at the store.
I was craving a protein shake this morning and stumbled upon Sassy's Nutrition — SO glad I did!!! Sherri greeted me with a warm smile and great conversation. I usually grab breakfast to go, but I enjoyed chatting with her so much that I stayed and drank half my shake there! Her energy is contagious, and the strawberry banana shake was absolutely delicious!!!! They have a punch card for free shakes or teas, and even offer free workout classes — which I definitely plan to attend soon. If you’re looking for tasty, nutritious drinks and snacks in a welcoming spot with amazing customer service, Sassy’s is the place. I’ll definitely be recommending them to friends and family in the Spring Hill area!
The teas , protein shakes as well as the waffles are my absolute favorites! It doesn’t leave that yucky after taste at all ! Definitely a must try when you’re in the area !
